The board will reject it imo, Microsoft is too sceptic and I am sure Gates is against it since he takes advice from Buffett who doesn’t see the use case of Bitcoin at all.
It’s inevitable. If not now it will be later. Better now while its cheap. In fact, if they were smart they should already be mining it.
Pretty sure Blackrock are one of the biggest share holders in Microsoft and they could likely reject it due to wanting to keep price low to continue filling ETF. Maybe...
