Never thought about everyone else being stupid. If my interpretation made mistakes I am willing to apologize. Speaking about entitlement we are on the same page my friend. Again glad your investment (or flipping if you insist on precise description) worked for you.

I had advice from people that went through a world war, poverty and death of children. The could buy a steak a month..come on. The world is not so bad. Just move to another place. I changed country three times. Follow what is better even temporarily. Do not hope in some lucky event. Ever
