Go a step further and if you aren’t using it, turn off your Bluetooth (with the line through it)

Here’s how on iPhone:
To turn off 5G on your iPhone:
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Cellular.
3. Tap Cellular Data Options.
4. Tap Voice & Data.
5. Select LTE or 4G.
This disables 5G, switching to LTE/4G.
