Too harsh? A friend wanted to join the military. Here’s my concluding opinion to him:

Imagine I am trying to recruit you to work in my business.

You find out:

-I regularly lie to prospective and current employees.

-My company occasionally murders thousands of innocent people.

-For the first 300 years after your religion was founded, the leaders universally said it was anti-Christian to join the company.

-If we hire you and you try to quit, we throw you in jail.

-We force you to eat unhealthy food and take a boatload of medications.

-We have good benefits, travel opportunities, honor from most of our country and sometimes do really helpful things for the world.

Would you work for me?
