His first crime is participating in doggie coin FUD
But I didn't know about him back then
I learned about him when he was scamming my fellow Celsius debtors and I was one of the only ones not falling for it
The average Celsius debtor didn't even know Celsius owned a huge mining operation, they're fucking retards lending the money without knowing that
If Celsius didn't own a huge mining operation, what the fuck capacity would they have to repay debts? None. They don't have anything else. So when people don't know Celsius owns a huge mining operation, they might think their money is just gone forever.
So if you're a "champion in this instance" you want people to know Celsius owns a huge mining operation and can repay full debt amounts, just not on full terms (no withdrawal control)
If you're a "champion in this instance" you can see how it's important to make sure people can't be tricked into thinking the money is just gone forever
If Simon Dixon was merely a retard instead of a scammer, he'd have listened to me when I brought this up with him on X
Instead he gaslit me about doggie coin, completely ignored the mining issue, and cut contact with me
As a result, Celsius debtors have largely been tricked into accepting not only the loss of withdrawal control and the waiving of late fees, but also the loss of a portion of the actual amounts initially owed
Why would a "champion in this instance" keep going along with bullshit while people clearly need to know Celsius has a big enough mining operation to repay full amounts plus late fees?
Why would a "champion in this instance" pat himself on the back and accept praise from others when the result he got is people not only losing withdrawal control, as was necessary, and waiving the right to sue for more money as a result of losing withdrawal control, but also potentially losing actual owed amounts of money, which was not fucking necessary at all?
To be clear, I do not accept less than the full amount I'm owed unless meteors hit all the Celsius mining rigs or something. I haven't accepted any payouts because they all come with asking the payee to accept the idea of never getting the full amount owed.
Simon Dixon is probably going to die as punishment because he can't repay the debt he incurred by participating in this scam. If he's lucky, a higher power like God or the courts will save him by ordering the mining operation to fully repay everyone, or at least everyone that hasn't accepted settlement payments.
