What’s the best p2p private, anon, encrypted call option where nothing needs to be downloaded?

Keet, Session requires a download

Jitsi.meet now requires an account for the moderator

Signal, TG requires both download and phone number

Any others that are like Jitsi but need no account?

I actually tried getting a number with them a while back, probably still have a credit as the number they gave me never worked.

But I don’t think this would work for my current purpose. I want to set up calls with ppl by just sending them a one-time use link to click
