one of the worst meals i ever had, the person made a celery casserole. it was in the oven for hours and the texture was 'there is no word'. yuck!
Why???????? I'm trying to imagine thinking that cooking celery down for hours would be a good idea. ๐คข
The same person once put a turkey in the oven to cook, took the kids out to go ice skating for a couple hours and came backto the fire department at their home because they put the turkey in the oven on self-clean. This happened when my husband was a kid and he says the turkey was the size of a chicken and black. LOL.

I think you're right. Anyone can. It's just that many or some won't.
Just the smallest amount of effort and/or common sense.

It's even worse than that because of the magical thing in most people's pocket that has access to tons of recipes for no charge. ๐
