Nostr is one of those things where I’m like… this is cool, and objectively the best form of social media, but still just social media and no replacement for irl community.

Im a PM not a programmer so I’m a long way from being able to pull it off by myself, but I would eventually like to build a feature into a client or the protocol itself that nudges and helps facilitate people towards real life meetups and activities.
How great would it be to easily *raise your hand* to a paddle board group rental in the bay?

I think this would be great as an extension to the Community types already. Need events and metadata to go with and support finding and collaborating
