Let me know if you need info on noise reduction, happy to help

Will do man, are they particularly noisy yeah ?
Also , wait way do the mining rewards get dished out , is it randomly or at regular intervals ?
Without any changes yes the fans that come with it are pretty noisy. Usually people put it in a garage or in an encasing that reduces sound or change the fans for quieter ones.
For the rewards I imagine it’s dependant on which mining pool you choose. With Braiins, you get the rewards in your account when they mine a block. The reward is then confirmed after 100 blocks (so less than a day). You can withdraw to your cold storage as soon as the reward is confirmed, but there’s a fee if the amount is too low. Or you can set it up to auto withdraw at a certain threshold.
Brains is a mining pool or software ?
Braiins has a pool and software. Braiins pool is the mining pool. And Braiins os+ is the auto tuning mining software that can be installed on your miner in order to make it more efficient and you can do things like under locking to reduce the hashing power but also the electricity usage and noise.
When you buy from kaboomracks you can ask them to install Braiins os+ for you. It’s compatible with s9, s19, s19xp,… it’s particularly useful if you’re going to use braiins pool as you won’t pay fees on your mining rewards (if you have Braiins os+ installed)

The firmware stuff is awesome too, you can use it to dial back the power/heat output so it doesn't sound like a dental drill all the time. Good for heating use case.
Dental drill…on steroids 🤣🤣
I have never understood why every last human who sells 60 and 80mm fans hasn't been executed for crimes against humanity.
Minimum fan size for my taste is 120mm, and 140 is finally getting to reasonable.
The other thing is these high RPM fans they wear out a lot faster.
Yes bigger fans are better. I like the AC infinity fans with an adaptor from cryptocloaks. Big fan. You can set it to low. Not much noise
