BitAxes are the way to go for home mining. Cheap upfront, easy to set-up, run without issue, quiet…if every major bitcoin hodler w/ 0.1 btc or more got a couple/few bitaxes solo mining at their residence, that’s all that we’d need to protect the network. Highly recommend.

Interesting 0.1 qualifies as major BTC hodler. That scarcity and fixed supply really blows minds.

0.1btc is $6000 USD purchasing power … 1-3 $150 bitaxe(s) seems like a legit insurance policy to take out against that position. Similar to the investment for a hardware wallet or a node.

Im not knocking it, my mind just had a "FUCK ME RUNNING" moment of 0.1 is a legit position considering only 210 million people could have that at one time assuming even distrubution amongst hodlers. 210 mill vs current world population blah blah blah.

I dont believe many have really understood that there isnt anymore after that.

I also run 2 supras because cost to hash allows me to keep them running dips be damned.

Question: assuming you’re purchasing all-at-once, would you go the 3 bitaxes or one Avalon Nano?

My choice was 3 bitaxes, placed in inconspicuous locations

Is there a decent pool you can recommend that one can connect said BitAxes to?

I just solo mine. It’s about security to the network, not bitcoin accumulation.

If every household contributed terahash. 🤔💭

One terahash

I've been using public-pool

I've got the Bitaxe coming anyways, so I've got that going for me! 😎👌
