Time to self-care, chill & suuurf!

I’m so grateful that I ended up travelling around the globe in the past month, it was a lot. A lot of everything.

Yesterday I made a consideration, I was pretty much unable to talk all day cause my voice was gone (probably for the recirculated air in the planes) & so, thanks to that, I was really able to listen in a deep and conscious way all the conversations that were happing around me.

Sometimes, when people are talking to me i feel that I put the 40% of my attention on thinking what I’m going to say next. But yesterday I was 100% a listener and it felt great.

Silence is scary and awesome at the same time.
