Reports of several Russian Aircraft launched from Khmeimim Air Base in the Latakia Governorate of Northwestern Syria, following claims of Air-Raid Sirens heard at the Base amidst Heavy Fighting taking place between Syrian Government and Pro-Assad Forces near the City of Jableh.
