Strikes me as a Queen of Swords or a Temperance.

I'd highly recommend the TCG method and just save everything towards the end rather than commit yourself to what art goes to what at early on.

Find the Gilded Tarot, all the images should be free and it's a good "cheat-sheet" deck.
