Ich befasse mich aktuell mit dem Gedankengang, dass durch die Installation der BRICS-Währung, insofern diese goldgedeckt ausgerollt werden sollte, ein noch größerer Druck auf den Petrodollar ausgeübt wird.

In Reaktion darauf, so würde ich zumindest vermuten, könnte die USA versuchen den Dollar durch Bitcoin zu decken (vermutlich nur Teilreserve, aber immerhin). Denn dadurch hätte man natürlich das Alleinstellungsmerkmal und würde auch viele Aktionen - in der letzten Zeit - der großen Player (Finanzdienstleister) erklären.

Was ist euer Take dazu und inwieweit haltet Ihr so etwas für denkbar?

Das wäre denkbar, unter der Voraussetzung die hätten gutes im Sinn. Haben die aber nicht.

Meinst du nicht, dass die USA auch wenn sie dem Freiheitsgedanken, den bitcoin verfolgt, nicht unbedingt unterstützen wollen, aber indirekt dazu gedrängt werden?

Ich meine, wenn du dir aussuchen kannst entweder eine Währung ohne irgendeine Deckung zu nutzen oder stattdessen eine "zumindest" mit dem Versprechen gedeckt zu sein zu nutzen?

Jedoch muss man natürlich auch festhalten, dass die BRICS-Währung in erster Linie natürlich eher zwischen den Staaten für den Handel genutzt werden wird, statt durch Bürger im Alltag.

Die USA haben nicht ohne Grund die Deckung ihrer Währung aufgegeben. Der Dollar war ja durchaus mal durch Gold gedeckt und sie haben das freiwillig abgeschafft.

Es "musste" ja auch ein Krieg bezahlt werden. Der Hegemon konnte in der Zeit durch die Abhängigkeit der anderen Länder bestehen bleiben, doch was passiert, wenn ein anderer Teilnehmer die Rolle des Hegemons einnehmen möchte?

Das ist das wohl diktierte Ziel der BRICS?

I think the brics currency will be commodities backed, not only gold, and that means also oil. So by definition it will bring more pressure to the petrodollar.

I don't think US will use bitcoin for anything unless they have full control of it.

So far there is procedure fiat currencies to move towards digital fiat currencies that would be programmable but tha failure of the sanctions against russia and the failure of nigeria's digital project so far make the pressure against the dollar intense anyway, look here for start

Eine goldgedeckte Währung der BRICS Staaten ist geeignet, dass die FED / US-Regierung darauf reagieren muss! Es bleiben dann nur zwei Möglichkeiten:

Entweder der temporäre ausgesetzte goldgedeckte Dollar kommt zurück oder er wird teilweise mit Bitcoin gedeckt. Zweite Variante halte ich für wahrscheinlicher.

Either the temporarily suspended gold-backed dollar comes back or it is partially backed by Bitcoin. I think the second option is more likely.

Wow, das wusste ich gar nicht. Ich verfolge grundsätzlich keine Nachrichten oder lese irgendetwas (egal ob freie medien oder "alte welt")

Ich würde in diesem Zusammenhang auch eher auf den Bitcoin tippen, denn die Geschichte mit dem Gold werden die nicht wieder aufkochen wollen 😅😅

I dont think Brics currency is going to be a thing. There is no way they will trust each other and have a gold backed currency. Who would take care of custody? Gold failed a long time ago and I dont think is making a successful come back. Even if they actually create it, it will fail again in a few years.
