Many Lightning channels will do a 1 sat fee as the minimum fee. https://cashumints.space/discover will show reviews of mints.
Right now I'm using NWC and minibits for zapping on Amythest
You could also setup a free nostr:npub1jluy3twvf338v6zlujzzdhjkzjy8ezj34ksydr8vw8a6jwp89ygshpp2kq account (it’s custodial like Cashu) and only keep a minimum amount there. That’s also built for NWC and zaps.
