If all electricity could be shut down, then the demand for it would peak. If the demand is incredibly high, tell me what the incentives are?

Not just all the people in hospitals hooked up to machines, like all the people who rely on grocery stores to buy food would also starve to death because the refrigerators wouldn't be working.
The number of accidents related to fire would sky rocket as everyone would be using candles and oil lamps for light and burning wood for warmth with no idea how to do that safely.

And you can access the Bitcoin blockchain direct from satellite without an internet connection so they would actually have to shut down the internet across the entire world to actually kill Bitcoin I don't see that happening.

You should never go 100% in an investment, it's too risky.
