I am learning that a lot of you, don't know how to cook and just keep ordering take out food.

Challenge yourself, make something new that you like to order out. You'll be surprised how much fun cooking is.

Go slowly and use common sense. Try to imagine how it gets like what's in your little takeout containers, and have fun!

that works best for potatos. not so much for eggs. :)

but no cooking is not that hard. lotta 'learning experiences' getting started but its a well worthy adventure and eventually it starts to all make sense.

i grew up watching my mom cook and eventually she started including me and my sister. when i moved up to SF at 21, i could cook decently well but became enamored with all the exotic take out food in the city, and then ended up really loving cooking again these past 10 years, and now i can cook as well as what i'd eat out, or better, so i just stay in... :D
