Do you mean to imply that being bombarded by people telling you to set up another whole app thingy for "crypto" is offputting after surviving setting up their Nostr client? /s

exactly this! Zaps are taking over every client. It IS a turn off. A lot of people don't like crypto anyway. But it feels like you NEED sats to use nostr (I know you don't but to new users it just feels too nerdy , at best)
