At this moment there are hundreds of transactions in the mempool that have fees larger than the value they transmit.

Must be more of those ordinals/NFTs on Bitcoin things. Labeling it an attack is controversial as some say it’s just another use case of the open protocol/blockchain
For me, any use other than sending value (sats) is an attack on the network. The white paper makes it very clear why and why #bitcoin exists.
