Oh yeah, I've been using Linux for 20 years or so, I've worked at web hosts and ISP. Debian is my favorite OS! I've already got wireguard VPN and keypair SSH access setup to my node. Securing things before I start doing anything with money involved.

That was my mistake 😔

No idea what I was doing. Now I can't access my node, think I've lost all the sats I had there

Nope. Seems my only recourse is to try and spin up another node and recover my umbrel. But I haven't got another machine to run one, and I still don't think I'll be able to recover my channels and the sats associated.
