How do you make #bitcoin and #nostr so accessible that someone who is blind and/or deaf have access to the revolution?

Like why hasn't any create a device that allows someone to access bitcoin and nostr with some kinda braille tool?

Idk I imagine in my head a device that can pop up different little pins with sensors on a flat surface that basically display a basic #damus or #amethyst style client clone. Basically a surface that pops up braille 😅. Have a physical scroll wheel that allows the user to scroll through the feed. Each scroll would change the surface pins (if any of this makes sense lol). Idk maybe my brain 🧠 is too far in the future 😂. That's my two cents #nostr #devs
