#China is fighting a proxy war in #Ukraine. Forget talking to it in #Switzerland or elsewhere, recognize it is the enemy, and cut it off from the global financial system. And by the way, doing so will help in #Africa and the #MiddleEast, where it is also waging proxy wars.
