damus has been rate limiting a lot. iām not being that verbose either.
others just seem to silently drop.

hmm I think it makes sense to not rate limit ephemeral (at least as much)
would love that! i'm creating a new npub per geohash for anonymity. chat is one message, DMs may have up to 3 notes per message (message, delivered and read ack).
