In our current cultural landscape, it’s important to redirect cultural momentum from current cultural phenomena and redirect it for the betterment of all. I think everyone knows what I am saying here if you read this far. The name of this event will be attention grabbing just because of the current cultural energy behind the term “Story Hour”.

I was thinking about how we could do something positive and spread the culture. I came up with the idea that we could do events at our local public libraries where we read educational materials about Bitcoin and other important decentralized technologies that are written for children and teens.

How this will help?

Will promote more literature in the space.

Will help build networks with other local parents.

Will be a beacon of positivity for all.

Often Bitcoin meetups are at bars and we are missing opportunities to teach the next generation.

Sovereignty-minded mothers and fathers could be the best face for propagating the next phase of adoption.

Does anyone have suggestions for books?

Do you have any ideas to write books for this kind of event?

Any good ideas for projects a workshop after the readings?

Would be great to have a book that has explains Bitcoin to kids and has projects that reinforce key principles of proper bitcoin usage.

Who are the big “Bitcoin educators” that focus on younger demographics?

Would be awesome to have a “The Bitcoin Standard for Kids” and “The Bitcoin Standard for Teens” style books.
