To all of you who asked my recipe for eating the most nutrient dense food in te world: LIVER

Step 1: Buy fresh grass fed liver

Step 2: make 1/2 ounce slices and freeze them in

Step 3: take some ounces out of the freezer and slice them into small pills

Step 4: put the frozen pills into some water so they can defrost

Step 5: swallow the pills with some water

One last question, you cut in pill sized pieces that you than defrost and swallow, or do you fill the cut liver in pills that you swallow?

I ll try this, but swallow the defrosted small pieces directly.
