I have used the rescan on chain tool each time. I have closed all my LN channels and now I can't send my On Chain sats, over to my whirlpool wallet. Each time I attempt a withdrawal from Zeus wallet the tx is also NOT in the mempool. The wallet zeros out and then my balance of SATS begins to change back to its balance.

You can restart the app to rebroadcast your transactions. They may be getting dropped if the fees are too low. There are some bumping tools within the app
I have done that and I'm using all the high fees to make it a fast as possible and it's doing to same thing. When is the next version being released? These issues started when I added the newest version beta 3
