Police have been breaking up protests and being overly violent to protesters across college campuses for about a week now. Students are protesting the war in Israel. Videos are all over Reddit.
Been catching a little of that. Didn’t realize it was what this post was referencing. Thought I may have missed another clandestine bill being passed.

Doesn't apply on private property. The Ivy League unis are private establishments.
It applies to public universities but not to private ones.
