I didn't post any #Nostr notes yesterday, so following is a recap.

Woke up at 8am it was pouring and raining.

Put on the rain gear and took the #Dogstr out for a 3 mile trail run.

Dropped them off back at the house and went back out for a 9 mile solo run.

Was back home, showered and in bed by noon.

And woke up this morning 6am.

Feeling a little sore this morning but fully recharged and ready to Rock&Roll.
