Sure, yes.

I didn't had any issue with nostr:npub15369wu3wzzar5fclhecyqfv683x69n6nhlg7rxqnsg2dydgxflpq3apswl or my #Twint but i couldn not pay the other side cause he/she had an unregistrated Twint account.

I could not continue the process to pay him and it did not worked with Twint Post but worked with Twint ZKB.

i did not know that is able to have an unregistrated acount and i wonder if there will be an extra regulation issue in the future.

It would be also annoying if i had to brake the deal cause of that issue

Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to verify that the payment data provided by the sellers are correct because we don't even see the data provided (they are encrypted and visible only to the two parties involved). If you have the same issue again, I suggest starting a dispute, so you don't have to cancel the trade, but we can resolve it without affecting your reputation.
