On Desktop/Laptop, there is a chrome extension called Allby and on Mobile there is Wallet of Satoshi. Take the email id they make for you and add to your nostr profile

It's kinda expensive for people like me who are not popular and get a lot of zaps. To buy in, you loose 5% in fees. And if you do it a lot, you are spending mucho de niro .
