Maybe I’m naive, but Ray just doesn’t seem the type.

He *says* that a ton of accounts are frozen by US regulators, and there’s simply nothing he can do for those until they’re unfrozen. The US also insists they’re not allowed to tell the customers why they are frozen.

Heartbreaking to read the comments though. If it can lead more people to learn self custody at least there’s a positive in the long run.

Yes US compliance is brutal. Everyone else just walls away but we actually fought for the customer and spent millions unfreezing 2m a few months ago. Now trying again. Say a prayer for me
