I hadn’t listened to a full length Trump speech in a long time. Wow, what an actor. And I don’t mean that in a good way.

With that said, two things stand out:

It’s cool that Bitcoin has grown to the size where former presidents and current political candidates need to pander to it.

And it’s also cool that they are all clearly woefully uneducated on the issue and have no idea what the first thing about it is. We have a lot more room to operate when our enemies are idiots versus when our enemies are intelligent.

These things take time, technological innovations generally require an entire generation to become understood by the living. Trump is almost 80, it’s no shocker that he has no idea what’s going on. But the ball is rolling in the right direction.
