Exactly, alaska is cold 90 percent or more out of the year depending o. Where you're at. Electricity is cheap again depending on where you're located. And heat infrastructure consists of either firewood (carcinogenic), oil burning stoves (exspensive)
, propane (also expensive)
Heat reuse from a bitcoin miner is a great option for anyone with access to cheap electricity
