I know people are trying to avoid twitter but this is an interesting space about US gov using "foreign influence" as the pretext to regulate social media.

I wonder what that means for NOSTR. EG if a Russian relay is spun up to "spread russian information", could that be used as a reason to regulate the NOSTR protocol.
