This morning it was indoor cycling workout, then some core and pushups. I’ll work on free weights, too. But didn’t this morning.

Interesting dream to wake up to. I’ve been attempting to figure out how to remember my dreams more. I’d love to get to the point where I can vivid dream. I’ve had a few in the past couple months.

Sweet. I am a lot better at working out in a group but have been a bit nomadic and that has taken a back seat all together.

A way to remember you dreams is when you wake up to not makeanyy movement stay still and take inventory before you turn your head or turn around or get up.
