Tonight, my wife and I were assembling some drawers (Ikea type thing). And believe it or not we found a manufacturing defect !
The drawer backs have holes drilled 1/4 cm off center, probably so that if you install it upside down it will be very obvious. Well, one of the holes is 1/4 cm off center in the wrong direction making it physically impossible to assemble 😂
It's pretty clear to me that the guy at the factory just put it in the jig upside-down, because there are 2 holes that are supposed to intersect; one is drilled in the right place and the other is missing by 1/2 cm.
I wonder how many people got this and just thought they're too stupid to assemble it.
