Until the revolution, all efforts to ameliorate the profound flaws of democracy (by instituting IQ tests or simple civics exams for potential voters, as some American states used to have) will never be allowed -- because simple civics tests are "racist." And they are. Certain races will fail them in massive numbers, even if they are stone simple. All things that are good for society and community, and all things that are realistic and true to Nature, are "racist." We need a mental, spiritual, and philosophic revolution that acknowledges that.
