Natural is best.
Hair dye and cosmetics are tiresome. It's one thing if you're costuming up, but usually if I see a bunch of make up and all that it just looks like someone trying to hide because they're afraid of being seen by the world.
The best thing to do seems to be to oblige and ignore them.
It is sometimes admittedly different if it's legit artistic...but the bar for that in 2025 is pretty high.
