Yesterday afternoon we made some changes to password formatting to make it easier for users to sign into our management portal, making password complexity less confusing. While doing so, we broke passwords. It will be fixed shortly. I am very sorry!

Keep breaking things, kepp battle testing the protocol for mass adoption.
This is the way. As you know, our password formatting may have been confusing with the initial generated password of ```username:string-of-numbers-and-text```. We had a lot of users not using the whole thing and signing in with just the letter-numbers after the colon. The new format should fix those confusion issues. The issue we created after this has been resolved if you didn't see.
