I'm doing a 90 day course called WildFit on Mindvalley. I'm only in week 3 now and this week I remove refined sugar from my diet, while eating more fruit & veggies. The most valuable lesson so far is watching the internal dialogue, how you talk yourself into eating certain foods. More personal transformation it seems, than just changing diet.
