Are you more interested in sugar panning(think M&Ms and theor shell) or chocolate panning(think smooth chocolate covered almonds)
I'd like to learn both but for my work rn I'd lean towards m and ms since we stay away from nuts haha. Tbh even how to properly work choclate would be hella nice to learn properly.
