Hey Trosso, if you have only 15 minutes cut the scales to 5 minutes and play songs for the rest of the next 10 minutes. Learn bass lines, I recommend checking some RHCP or Jackson Five stuff they are really fun to play and a good excercise. I am a guitarist tho!!
