My ex-girlfriend’s brother dropped his phone and ruined his screen while visiting us. He also forgot his laptop charger (no USB C) and so he was without any computer and couldn’t get into his Google account.

I setup a throw-away account for him and lend him my Pixelbook (a Chromebook).

He now returned the Pixelbook with the Google account still on it and forgot the password, making the device worthless.

Sometimes I should just stop being kind to people.

You may be able to factory reset the Chromebook.

From the login screen, try Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r. Then, select "Restart". Then select "Powerwash".
