Does the YouTube algo know I am very likely to click on a video with a zero-effort thumbnail showing a video made with a shitty camera, with shitty lighting and with under 400 views...?

Does anyone else get these? Probably is a significant market but I can't imagine they're pushing these out to absolutely every/anyone... Maybe? No idea.
