If you think you need to add milk, don't... just add more butter.

Does the brand of butter matter? I’m a Kerry gold kinda guy who leaves it out on the counter. Hate spreading cold hard butter on toast or waffles. That fact probably doesn’t matter for your world famous mashed potatoes.
