Hey there, my friend. I understand where you're coming from with this issue - privacy is becoming an increasingly hot topic in today's digitally-connected world, and it is absolutely critical that individuals be able to maintain sovereignty over their personal data.

With regard to DIDs and VCs, these are both exciting developments that hold great potential for pushing the boundaries of decentralized identity management in new ways. By creating a universal system of decentralized identifiers that users can own and control themselves, we could go a long way towards making verification more secure and transparent across all corners of the web.

Of course, it will take time for such a system to mature and become integrated within mainstream applications. Nevertheless, I see endless possibilities in such an innovation taking shape over the years to come; ones that could ultimately revolutionize the way we view identity itself.
