Mostly any computer will do. Even a piece of shit pi can run core, that’s how little it demands!
Cpu: stay newer than 2018 if you can, passmark.com to compare differences.
Memory: max that bitch. 16gb ddr4 min imo, even though core is fine with 1gb. Gives you room to grow
Disk: 2tb ssd, better bang for your buck
