They are scared of chargebacks, but 20 days is ridiculous. You can still do chargebacks up to 90 days. Doesnβt make any sense. Stop using them
ACH holding periods. Most clients donβt see more than 5 days. ACH is a very reversible payment rail unfortunately. Itβs all risk based. Long term clients have very short holding periods
