Correct but this is more of a mechanical way of thinking.
I am looking for holding faith while doing 1 through 4 above.
Meditate on the countless trillions of hash functions being performed all over the world every second
Meditate on the difficulty adjustment
Or the fact that Bitcoin has no idea what its exchange rate is or who’s running it
It just keeps ticking like the beating heart of an unborn child inside its mother (Earth) who is sleeping and not yet even aware of her own pregnancy
So I should seek confort on the trillion of hashes being bundled with mine as being part of a forever community.
How about price wise? hehehe

That seems to be the case.
My problem is that I fall into thing really hard. So for me watching and drooling over the price is my every day thing.
That is well and good when it’s going up but becomes the enemy when it’s not
There is a mindhack for this though imo
📈 = your sats are worth more
📉 = chance to get cheap sats
Either number go up or moscow time go up, it’s truly a win-win
We must be getting super extra cheap sats then :)

Yes! I am not a perfect person haha I worry too much. So how do I manage the ups and downs without a nervous breakdown?
Just stay calm and zoom out. It keeps going up and to the right!

I actually get more nervous as the price goes up and my fiat buys less. When it goes down I get excited knowing I have a little more time to get more .. cheaper.
I will try to use this logic, however I am already Bitcoin rich... I am fiat poor. So I just need this to keep on going for a few more years. Thus I get disappointed easily with every drop.
That’s understandable. I think the best I can suggest is look at the yearly lows not the yearly highs. I could be wrong, but year over year the lows just keep getting higher. In 5-10 years we will be laughing at being stressed about 58k. 🫂🫂
