I make my own in the mountains of Central Portugal. Sadly, we can seldom muster enough people to pick enough olives (750kg) in one day (actually two days is ok but the olives need to go to the press within two days) to get our own 'single estate' oil but it is all local and cold pressed. I can confirm the delicious peppery taste.
